Terms of Use

These terms form the agreement between you (the licensee) and GraphFlow for the software, the licence keys we issue and the support we provide.

1. Agreement and definitions

"Software" means the GraphFlow source code and container images delivered to you. "Licence key" means the signed credential that activates a plan, seat count and expiry. "You" means the individual or organisation that purchased the licence. By installing, copying or using the Software you accept these terms.

2. Licence grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to install, run and modify the Software on infrastructure you control, for the number of seats and the storage quota of your plan. Each licence key is bound to the deployment identified at purchase.

3. Permitted and prohibited use

You may use the Software commercially, white-label it for your own clients and modify it for internal purposes. You may not remove licence enforcement, resell licence keys as if they were your own, publish the source code as a competing commercial kit, or use the Software to send unlawful, infringing or abusive content.

4. Accounts and administrator responsibility

You are responsible for the accounts created in your deployment, for protecting administrator credentials and for the content your users post. Keep at least one licence owner account active; the platform blocks removing the final owner.

5. Third-party services

Optional features call third parties directly with credentials you supply - for example OpenAI for branch summaries, or a payment provider for subscriptions. Those services are governed by their own terms and are billed to you by them.

6. Fees and taxes

Fees are stated in USD and are payable in advance. Annual plans include two months free. Prices exclude value-added tax and similar duties, which you are responsible for where applicable.

7. Updates and changes

We deliver security fixes for the term of your licence. Feature releases may add or adjust behaviour; we publish material changes in the release notes and, where they affect enforcement, in the admin dashboard.

8. Support

Support is provided by email at support@intranetos.com and by phone at +2 01001945390. Response targets are next business day for Professional and four hours for Enterprise during business hours (Sun-Thu, 09:00-18:00 GMT+3).

9. Intellectual property

The Software, its documentation and the GraphFlow marks remain our property. Your data, your configuration and your modifications remain yours. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your content to us.

10. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided without implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost data, where you did not maintain backups.

11. Term, suspension and termination

The licence runs for the period of the key you purchased. We may suspend a key for material breach after written notice and a fifteen-day cure period, or immediately for unlawful use or non-payment. On termination you must stop using the Software; your data remains yours and exportable.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GraphFlow is registered, without regard to conflict rules. Notices must be sent to support@intranetos.com and are effective on the next business day.
